Behold, the MEAT HIVE!
How awesome does this look? It's a beehive filled with freakin' meat! (Substitute "beehive" with ziti noodles and "freakin' meat" with...meat!). Thanks to Liz for highlighting this work of culinary art. It reminds me of the timpani (or timpano) that Tony Shalhoub and Stanley Tucci make as onscreen brothers in the great movie "Big Night."

I'll definitely be making this and I'll definitely be taking pics! Probably next weekend. I think I'll stuff the ziti noodles with some sort of ricotta cheese mixture. Although I've just been informed that stuffing ziti will be very difficult. We'll see about that.

BTW - I used to live in Harrisburg when I was a kid (and my dad still lives there).
